No. The default flow is fully passive: one frame, no prompts. Active challenges are available when you want a stronger guarantee for higher-risk events.
The system is calibrated against the presentation attacks we see most often in production: printed photos, on-screen replays, and short video loops. Coverage of more advanced attacks evolves continuously alongside the threat landscape.
Independent third-party certification is on the roadmap. Today we publish our methodology and operating points so that you can validate our results against your own challenge set.
